The New York City Blackout of 2011

NYC Halloween Haunted House is at it again! Yesterday, just two minutes past midnight, they sent out an email with a blacked out image and a year.

On their facebook page, they posted: ‎"1965 1977 2003 2011"

The first three years most likely reference the NYC Blackouts of 1965, 1977, and 2003. I assume 2011 hints at what I really hope will be an entirely dark haunt for October 2011. We'll have to wait and see.

I'm sure there will be lots of little e-mail hints leading up to the day that tickets go on sale.

2011 Halloween Offerings From Pottery Barn!

Pottery Barn has new offerings for all your Halloween Entertaining! I am swooning over the Curiosity Appetizer Plates ($35) and the Perpetua Tray ($99).

Grandin Road's 2011 Halloween Haven!

Grandin Road's Halloween Haven is back with their 2011 collection of spooky home decor. There are lots of old favorites to accompany the new offerings. I am still in love with their collection of candelabras, candle holders, and battery operated LED candles. This year they are featuring these interactive talking busts and other decidedly creepy decor. Click Here to check it out.

Something's Coming...
